FC27 1 of 4 Chemistry Styles Pick SBC: Cheapest 5K Squad

Ultimate Team
Stop copying stale squad lists. Use the score math and duplicate loophole to hit 5,000 with the cheapest 5K squad before November 12.

Every FC27 Chemistry Styles Pick SBC guide gives you a squad, quotes a coin cost, and calls it a day. Then you log in, the 84s on your platform cost more than the guide said, and the “cheapest” squad is already expired. This SBC is score-based, which means the market moves and squad lists go stale within hours. The smarter route is understanding the item score itself, so you can build your own cheapest 5K squad in under a minute instead of trusting a screenshot.

The only number that matters

Your target is 5,000 score. Minimum OVR is 45. No chemistry, no position locks, no league restrictions. Every eligible card carries a fixed score based on its OVR and rarity, using the same system as FUT Gallery. The score table is brutally simple at the low end: an 84 Gold scores 830, an 83 Gold scores 410, an 86 Gold scores 4,100, and an 87 Gold scores 5,500. The jump from 84 to 87 is where most coin budgets die.

The duplicate loophole that changes everything

Streamlined SBCs allow multiple copies of the exact same card in one submission. This is the single biggest cost-saver for this specific Pick, because your club is almost certainly sitting on duplicate untradeable 84s from rewards. Most squad-list guides assume you own a clean spread of unique fodder. If you have three copies of the same 84 common, you can stack all three. That turns a “5,000 coin” build into a zero-coin build, which is the only scenario where this SBC is unambiguously profitable.

The cheapest 5K squads right now

Pricing moves, so treat these as directional snapshots, not permanent truths.

The 4,700 route (3 cards). 1× 86 Common + 1× 84 Common + 1× 83 Common scores 5,340 for roughly 4,700 coins. This is the lowest coin outlay tracked on PS/Xbox right now, and it only uses three cards.

The 5,300 pure-84 route. 6× 84 Common + 1× 64 Common scores exactly 5,000 for about 5,300 coins. This is the route to use if your club already has 84 commons and you only need a cheap filler.

The 5,390 rare 84 route. FUT.GG’s solver lists 6× 84 Rare + 1× 64 Rare at 5,390 coins. Rare 84s score more per card, but on many platforms the common-card routes above beat it on coins-per-point.

FUT.GG’s own cheapest listing for this SBC shows 5,870 coins using 6× 84 Rare + 1× 54 Rare, but that number is platform- and timing-dependent. Run the coins-per-point check on your own market before you buy.

Is the pick actually worth it?

A Shadow sits around 4,400 coins and a Hunter around 4,900 on PS/Xbox. If you only need one specific style, buying it directly usually beats spending even the low-end 4,700 on a random 1 of 4 roll. The pick wins when the fodder cost is zero, or when at least two of the four outcomes are live upgrades for your squad. Never liquidate tradeable cards to fund this. Drain dead untradeables, and save any Anchor or Engine pulls for evos or future SBCs instead of quick-selling them.

If your club is empty and you still want the 5K squad

If you genuinely have no fodder left, the fastest route is grabbing cheap FC27 coins through FCUTCOINS to buy the exact 84 commons or the 86+84+83 trio your own score math points to, or using their SBC completion service if you would rather skip the menu grind entirely. The SBC is live until November 12, 2026. Run the coins-per-point check once, stack your duplicates, and you will never need another stale squad list again.
