FC 26 has two ways to sell players. You can list them on the Transfer Market or just quick sell them. They are completely different when it comes to cash out speed and final price, so just pick whatever fits your needs.

Transfer Market vs quick sell comparison
The Transfer Market is player-to-player trading. Even though prices fluctuate over time, even listing at the lowest price minus the 5% Tax Rate is usually way better than a Quick Sell.
The only two downsides are that it's slow, so if you list too high, you might wait forever for someone to buy, and you have limited transfer list slots. If you have more cards to sell than available slots, you just have to list them in batches as the others sell.
Quick Sell is pretty self-explanatory. The only upside is it's instant. The price is fixed and there's no limit on how many cards you can dump. As soon as you hit confirm, the system takes your player card and hands over a tiny amount of coins right away.
| Feature / Dimension | Transfer Market | Quick Sell |
| Counterparty | Real players | The game system |
| Liquidity Speed | Slower | Instant |
| Price Mechanism | Dynamic | Fixed |
| Tax Rate | 5% Tax | 0% Tax |
| Untradeable Cards | Cannot be traded | Can be quick-sold |
FC 26 player selling tips
If you want to quickly cash out your player cards for coins in FC 26, it's pretty simple: just keep your eyes on the Transfer Market.
First, watch out for SBC release times, and make sure to avoid days when rewards drop for Squad Battles, UT Champions, and Rivals. Here is how you should handle selling based on different OVR ratings:
75 - 82 OVR
Just Quick Sell them. Players in this range won't sell on the Transfer Market anyway, and they aren't worth much, so Quick Sell is your best bet.
83 - 85 OVR
Wait for an SBC drop. As soon as a high-value, repeatable daily SBC challenge drops, don't hesitate to list them on the Transfer Market right away for slightly higher than usual. They'll usually get instantly sniped.
86-89 OVR
Players in this bracket are already quite valuable, so if you need coins, you can list them on the Transfer Market anytime. It's usually best to list them after dinner time since it's relatively easier to make a sale then.
90+ OVR
If they just have a high rating but aren't meta for actual gameplay, hold onto them until a good SBC drops, then list them at peak time.
If it's a top-tier special card for actual gameplay, slap a popular Chemistry Style card on them first. This adds more value to the player card and makes it way easier to sell.
How to do quick sell recovery in FC 26?
If you accidentally quick sell a card you actually wanted, you can use Quick Sell Recovery on the EA FC Companion app within seven days to get it back. The system will take the coins back and return your card, and you get 5 recoveries every 31 days.
