In FC 26, if you're not vibing with the commentary language or just can't understand what they're saying, you can easily switch it up in the audio settings. The EA dev team packed FC 26 with a total of 14 different commentary language options, and they've got subtitles to match.
How to Tweak Your Audio Settings
Step 1
Fire up FC 26 and head into the Settings menu, then jump into Game Settings.
Step 2
Scroll over to the GENERAL AUDIO tab, then scroll down until you find the 11-A-SIDE AUDIO menu. Click on Commentary Language right below it and pick your preferred language.
There's also a separate option right below that where you can independently change the commentary language for Rush mode.

Can't find other language options? Here's what to do.
If you only see "ENGLISH" or just one single language option in the list, it means you didn't grab the audio DLCs for other regions when you first downloaded FC 26. No worries, you just need to download them now.
On consoles, switching to another language will usually trigger a prompt to download it automatically. For PC players, you'll need to manually grab it from your gaming platform. Here’s how to do it:
Steam
- First, completely close the game and head back to your Steam library.
- Right-click on EA SPORTS FC 26 in your library and click Properties.
- Under the General menu page, find the Language option and click the dropdown on the right to switch to your preferred language.
- Once you switch it, Steam will automatically start a game update—that's it downloading the new voice pack. Just wait for the update to finish installing before launching the game again.
EA App
- Same deal here—fully close the game and open up the EA App.
- Go to your FC 26 game hub, click on MANAGE, and then click View properties from the pop-up menu.
- You can switch to the language you want under the LANGUAGE option below. Once the voice pack finishes downloading, you're good to jump back into the game.

Things to Keep in Mind
Heads up: These voice packs are massive—we're talking tens of gigabytes. Make sure you clear out enough storage space before hitting download so you don't run into failed downloads or, worse, corrupted game files that stop the game from running properly.
