FC 27 Season Pass: Can You Still Max It Out Starting From Level 0

Gameplay Guides
Nobody carries XP into FC 27. Everyone starts at zero. The only question is whether you’ll grind smart enough to finish the pass before the season ends.

Starting from zero is completely normal. In fact, it’s where basically everyone begins when a new EA FC title launches. Nobody carries XP into FC 27 — that’s not how the Season Pass works. It resets every year, so when the game goes live on September 25, every player starts at the exact same spot: Level 0. Clean slate.

That means whether you grinded FC 26 for months or never touched it, you’re not behind. So relax. Here’s what actually matters.

How the FC 27 Season Pass Actually Works

Season Points (SP) are the fuel for your Season Pass progress. You earn them by completing objectives across pretty much every mode in the game. Daily, weekly, seasonal — they all feed the same bar.

And here’s the part that makes starting from zero totally manageable: SP is shared across modes. Ultimate Team, Career Mode, Clubs, Rush — your progress carries over between all of them. You‘re not locked into one grind. That flexibility is huge when you’re trying to stack XP efficiently.

Where the XP Actually Comes From

EA hasn‘t published an official total XP figure for FC 27. Anyone quoting a precise number — 44,275 or otherwise — is working from community tracking, not confirmed data. With that caveat, here’s roughly where the available SP sits across modes:

  • Ultimate Team objectives: the largest single pool, covering daily, weekly, seasonal, and special player challenges
  • Player Career Mode: a solid mid-tier source, especially if you enjoy the RPG-style progression
  • Clubs Pro: steady but requires team coordination
  • Manager Career & Live Manager objectives: underrated for solo players
  • Preseason objectives: carryover from FC 26, limited window
  • Premium Pass bonus XP: 7,000 XP total (2 × 3,500)

That‘s the full menu. You don’t need to eat all of it, but the more modes you touch, the faster you climb.

The Daily and Weekly Grind Is Where It’s At

Daily objectives refresh every 24 hours and are worth roughly 50 SP each, with a completion bonus if you finish all of them. Weekly objectives drop every Thursday and pay out significantly more — this is where the bulk of your repeatable SP comes from.

If you‘re only logging in once a week and smashing everything in one session, you’re leaving SP on the table. The dailies alone, stacked over a full season, add up fast.

Seasonal objectives are the big-ticket items. They stick around all season and pay out some of the highest SP rewards in the game. Prioritize those once they pop up.

The Premium Pass Situation (Because It‘s Messy)

Here’s where things get a little controversial. EA locked a PlayStation trophy behind the Premium Pass in FC 27. The achievement is called “All Aboard the Premium Track,” and to unlock it, you need to fully complete and unlock all levels of the Premium Pass.

The problem? The Standard Edition doesn‘t include a Premium Pass. You either buy the Ultimate Edition, which bundles Season 1’s Premium Pass, or you drop 500,000 FUT coins or 1,000 FC Points (roughly $10) on one separately. That pricing is based on FC 26‘s Premium Pass structure — EA hasn’t officially re-confirmed it for FC 27, but all current reporting points to the same model.

So if you‘re a trophy hunter who went with the Standard Edition, that platinum is sitting behind a paywall. Players are not thrilled about it.

Does the Premium Pass Make You Level Up Faster?

Nope. This is important. The Premium Pass does not give you more SP or faster progression. You earn SP the same way regardless of whether you own it.

What it does is add extra rewards at each tier you unlock. So you’re climbing the same ladder, but Premium owners get more stuff when they hit those checkpoints. It‘s a rewards upgrade, not a speed boost.

If you already have the Ultimate Edition, you’re covered for Season 1. If you‘re on Standard and don’t care about trophies or bonus cosmetics, the free track still gives you plenty.

What If You Skipped FC 26 Entirely?

You missed some carryover rewards. Not gonna sugarcoat it. If you didn‘t complete the FC 26 preseason objectives — like reaching Level 30 on the Standard Pass — you don’t get the 82+ x7 pack or the Quick Step PlayStyle Evolution in FC 27.

But here‘s the thing: those carryover rewards were a bonus, not a requirement. They gave returning players a small head start with some packs and coins. Nice to have, absolutely. But missing them doesn’t put you at some massive disadvantage.

FC 27‘s Season Pass is a fresh system with its own progression. Your past purchases don’t unlock future tiers. Your past gameplay doesn‘t grant future XP. Everyone who logs in on September 18 or September 25 starts at zero and builds from there.

The people who max out the pass aren’t the ones who played FC 26 the most. They‘re the ones who show up consistently in FC 27 — knocking out dailies, hitting weeklies, and stacking seasonal objectives across multiple modes.

So, Can You Max It Out From Level 0?

Yeah. Easily. The SP available across all modes is more than enough to finish the pass, even if you’re starting fresh and playing casually. EA hasn‘t published the exact number, but community tracking suggests the total sits comfortably above what you need.

The move is simple: log in daily, do your dailies, hit your weeklies, and don’t sleep on seasonal objectives. Mix in some Career Mode and Clubs when you want a break from Ultimate Team, and you‘ll be swimming in SP before you know it.

Starting from zero isn’t a disadvantage. It‘s just the starting line. Everyone’s at it. Now go stack those levels.
